Customer Shipping locations:
Alloy industries only supports USA shipments currently. Any purchases made for out of USA territory will lead to immediate cancelation. Refunds timelines will not be expedited, Refer to refund terms below.
- Cancelation of services does not apply to submitted (purchased) carts. Once a product
purchase is submitted though our website purchase is final and shipping of products will be
imminent. Cancelation of purchases are not possible. Only exceptions are if product has not
been packaged and for shipment(Enclosed in shipping package and taped). Then a request
from customer to Alloy industries email may be acted on to provide a cancelation event. Any
cancelation requested is incomplete and not finalized until a Email Notice of Cancelation has
been sent to the customer. Refund follows terms and conditions listed below.
All Refunds or Returns require RMA(Return merchandise application) found in Files tab of our
website to be completed first by customer and sent with returned items(Only Cancelation of
unshipped items allows for email submitting) . Alloy industries will follow up with a emailed
response to your request for product return or replacement process.
Alloy industries holds all transactions final. Reimbursement will only apply if there is a formal
RMA submission provided that meets product return criteria (Return/Refund terms and Criteria
state in RMA forms only).
Refund timeline is dependent on RMA submissions, Return of initially shipped materials and re
inventory / inspection of product. There after a refund may be applied to your account. Refunds
will be issued the the listed RMA parties account creditor card or debit card. This does not
mean Alloy Industries is held responsible for creditor and banking transaction time lines or
approvals.
